Shipping and delivery of turbochargers and spare parts

Shipping turbochargers and their parts is organised every working day based on a contract with a courier company, DHL Express (Poland). In most regions, deliveries are completed on the next working day. If you have any questions related to the cost and time of deliveries in Poland or to another countries, do not hesitate to contact us.
Safe delivery of products is our obligation and priority. If you receive incomplete delivery, it has been damaged by the carrier, or the product packaging has been damaged, please fill in the complaint (damage report) in the presence of the courier. The damage report should contain: product brand and model, date and time of delivery, and description of identified damage or missing products. If the external packaging of the shipment is intact, the Customer has the right to open it in the presence of the courier. If, after unpacking, the product transpires to be damaged or incomplete, a damage report has to be drawn up as well.
Complaints can be filed no later than 7 days after the delivery has been received. Completed damage report should be sent to our store's address with the proof of purchase attached. Purchased goods can be replaced only if the above mentioned conditions have been met. Remember that we can send new products no sooner than when we have received the product being the subject of the claim.
Privacy and safety
Your personal data are processed by only in order to complete the order. If you agree, the data will be also used to inform you about new products, services and special offers. Personal data will not be made available to any other parties.
Return and replacement
Our Customers' satisfaction is our top priority. This is why we offer clear complaint rules and easy return of purchased goods.
If the product you received has hidden defects, you can execute the warranty right. Detailed warranty conditions are described in the warranty document which you receive along with the product.
Here you buy without any risk. If products purchased at our store do not meet any of your expectations, you can return them within 10 days without stating the cause. Just remember to:
  1. return a product that has not been used, duplicated or damaged in any way,
  2. return the product in its genuine, undamaged packaging (if applicable).
